• Packing list. Carton-level breakdown of quantities, dimensions, and weights.
• Certificate of origin. Issued by Egyptian Chamber of Commerce certifying Egyptian manufacture (sea shipping).
• Phytosanitary certificate. Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture certification confirming pest-free plant product status (sea shipping).

• Wire transfer: 50% advance payment, 50% before shipment. Standard for all order sizes.

How to Place Your First Export Order

1. Send your inquiry. Provide product codes, quantities, destination port, and preferred Incoterm.
2. Receive proforma invoice. Full pricing with all costs broken out by line item, sent within 24 hours.
3. Confirm order. 50% advance payment via bank wire transfer to start production.
4. Production and inspection. Pre-shipment quality inspection report shared before shipping.
5. Final payment and shipping. Remaining 50% paid before shipment. Documents couriered or sent digitally.
6. Customs clearance. Your broker uses our documentation pack to clear customs at destination.
